BEFORE WE START:∎ You must be aged 18 or above to commission me!
∎ All characters drawn by me on my adult-rated artworks are aged 18 or above and are fictional.IMPORTANT: You cannot ask me not to post a finished piece.
All artworks commissioned from me are going to be posted online for everyone to see as a part of my portfolio.

✖ hypertrophied parts of the body such as unrealistically huge breasts, muscles, hands, paws etc. (not common for big ears and tails)
✖ some kinds of fetishes (including coprophilia, vore, pregnancy, impregnation, oviposition, water sports etc.)
PAYMENT‒ Payment is via PayPal
NOTE: I cannot invoice you since this function hasn't been enabled for Ukrainian PayPal accounts yet and there's nothing I can do about it.‒ Full prepayment / Payment after a sketch– I can work with payment plans (up to 3 months) for the pieces priced 300 USD or more.REFUNDNo refunds. I can only refund you if I understand I'm unable to complete your commission.TURNAROUND TIME AND DEADLINEUsually it takes up to 2-3 months for me to complete art, but I put a 4-month long deadline just in case.If I foresee any kind of circumstances that can make me spend more time on an artwork (e.t. vacation, local power outages etc.), I do always give heads-up about them BEFORE I accept the comm and make sure my client is okay with that.Any strict deadlines must be agreed during the discussion stage. I may ask you to pay extra depending on the deadline you would like to put.AI POLICYIt is PROHIBITED to use any of my art, including the commissioned pieces, to train AI models or run it through any existing AI models for any purposes possible.HOW DO I WORK∎ I keep my clients updated about the process, always send WIPs and ask if there are changes needed. I also try not to accept commissions I won't be able to complete.∎ If I'm not being sure I can work with your character(s)/idea, I suggest you to go with payment after a sketch and provide you with variants of sketches to choose from if needed.∎ In case of working on NSFW commissions with me, you can provide me with NSFW examples if needed.
‒ For instance, you can send me a bad dragon toy png image, an artwork or a 3d model reference.
‒ IRL pictures of genitals are not allowed.∎ It's okay with me to try species I haven't drawn before, the list of the species I don't draw is listed above. I always warn if I foresee difficulties in the upcoming process of drawing a character, and may ask for an extra payment for the extra effort beforehand.∎ I kindly ask you to give me a heads-up in case I'll have to wait for your reply after sending you a sketch you haven't prepaid, so I can plan my earnings safely. I'm a freelance artist and situations when I'm not being sure for a long time if my client has changed their mind after doing my part of the job fairly have a destructive impact on my business.If you're not being sure you'll be able to give me a response for a long time after receiving your sketch, you can prepay it $50 to claim the slot. If your financial situation changes, we can postpone the further commission work and payments until you're able to pay the rest of the price.(!) The information below will not apply to you if you give me heads-up about the possible wait for a reply beforehand (!)If you ignore me for more than 7 days after receiving a sketch you haven't paid for, I'll pass your slot to someone else and you will lose an opportunity to claim my commission slots again, unless you pay for my time.The fine price is gonna be around $50-100 depending on the amount of work/hours I've spent on a sketch (it usually takes me at least 2 hours). You are NOT buying the sketch, you are paying for my time spent on it only.If it's the first time a situation like this happens and you want me to finish that sketch later, you'll just pay the rest of the commission price when you're ready like it's a payment plan. This money is basically a guarantee that you won't change your mind. If it happens again that you ignore my unpaid sketch for 7+ days without a heads-up, we won't be able to work together anymore.∎ I am the only artist who can finish my unused sketches. Taking them to another artist to finish will go against my ToS.Please appreciate my time and effort.You can always ask me if I am open for commissions.
